Community Guidelines

Worldwise social features exist to encourage learning. These standards apply to usernames, display names, profile presentation, follows, activity, reactions, leagues, invitations, Family groups, reports, and any future community feature.

Be safe and respectful

• Do not harass, threaten, shame, stalk, discriminate against, sexually exploit, or encourage harm to another person.
• Do not use names or profile material containing hate, profanity, sexual content, graphic violence, personal information, scams, or illegal content.
• Do not impersonate another person or organisation or misrepresent authority, age, affiliation, or achievement.
• Do not solicit passwords, payment information, addresses, private contact details, or off-platform contact from children.
• Do not cheat, automate activity, manipulate XP, rankings, referrals, rewards, reports, or subscription access.
• Do not spam, repeatedly follow or invite someone who has declined, or misuse reports and blocking.

Tools and enforcement

Use available block and report controls. We may review relevant account and event records, remove or change profile material, reverse invalid rewards or rankings, limit social features, preserve evidence, warn, suspend, or terminate accounts, and report urgent or unlawful conduct to providers or authorities. Enforcement may consider context, severity, history, risk, and legal obligations.

Appeals and urgent issues

Contact support@worldwise.app to ask about a moderation decision. Include the username and relevant context. Do not use email for an immediate physical emergency; contact the appropriate local emergency service.
