Worldwise Support

For support, privacy requests, billing guidance, safety reports, or accessibility feedback, email support@worldwise.app. Include your Worldwise username and a concise description of the issue. Never send your password, Apple Account password, full payment-card details, or authentication token.

Account access

Check that you are using the email address associated with your Worldwise account. If you believe another person has accessed your account, contact us promptly and change any reused password on other services.

Worldwise Plus and purchases

Open Worldwise Settings and select Restore purchases after reinstalling the app or changing devices. Apple processes subscription billing and refunds. You can manage or cancel at Apple Account Subscriptions and request an eligible refund through Report a Problem.

Family access

A Worldwise Plus Family owner can invite or remove up to five other Worldwise accounts. This is an in-app Worldwise family group and is separate from Apple Family Sharing. Each member retains a private account and private learning history.

Notifications and email

Notification and optional lifecycle-email controls are in Settings. Email reminders are off by default and every marketing or return-reminder email includes an unsubscribe option.

Privacy, export, and deletion

Settings includes analytics consent, ad privacy controls where applicable, a portable account-data export, and permanent account deletion. See Privacy Choices and Account Deletion.

Safety and conduct

You can block or report another account from supported social surfaces. Urgent threats should be reported to the appropriate local emergency service. See our Community Guidelines.
