Delete Your Worldwise Account

Delete in the app

1. Open Worldwise and sign in.
2. Open Profile → Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the warning and confirm.

Deletion is designed to remove the account and associated active-service records, including credentials, cloud progress, learning state, balances, rewards, purchase and entitlement ledger, social relationships, Family membership, activity, notification tokens, optional analytics identity, email state, referral and attribution links, ad-reward records, and pending export sessions, subject to lawful exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.

Important subscription step

Deleting Worldwise does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel separately at Apple Account Subscriptions. A Family owner’s deletion closes the Worldwise Family group and removes members’ Family access.

If you cannot access the account

Email support@worldwise.app from the account email address. State that you want the Worldwise account deleted and include the username if known. We may verify identity and authority before acting.

What may remain temporarily

Limited records may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, provider systems, or where reasonably required for law, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, or enforcement. These records are restricted and removed or de-identified when the applicable need or retention period ends.
