Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply to Worldwise Plus Monthly, Worldwise Plus Annual, Worldwise Plus Family Annual, and any related introductory, promotional, offer-code, retention, or win-back offer displayed by Apple.

Plans and benefits

Current individual Plus benefits include unlimited hearts and one eligible streak repair each month, together with any additional benefits displayed in the app at purchase. Plus Family lets one owner share eligible Plus access with up to five other Worldwise accounts. Each account keeps separate progress, credentials, streaks, and profile data.

Billing and automatic renewal

Apple processes purchases using the Apple Account confirmed at purchase. The storefront price, currency, billing period, taxes, offer eligibility, and renewal terms shown by Apple before confirmation control. Unless cancelled, an auto-renewable subscription renews under Apple’s applicable timing and billing rules.

Cancellation and management

Manage or cancel at Apple Account Subscriptions. Deleting Worldwise, deleting a Worldwise account, leaving a Worldwise Family, or losing access to a device does not cancel the Apple subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless Apple indicates otherwise.

Restoration and entitlement verification

Use Restore purchases in Settings. Access depends on a transaction and entitlement that Apple and Worldwise can verify. Processing delays, outages, billing retry, grace period, revocation, refund, account mismatch, or provider error may temporarily affect access. Contact support if restoration remains unresolved.

Offers and trials

An offer or trial applies only when Apple displays it to an eligible account before purchase. Unless expressly shown, no trial or discounted period applies. Offer codes are redeemed through Apple and may be limited by storefront, account history, campaign, date, or prior redemption.

Family access

Worldwise Family is an in-app access group, not Apple Family Sharing. The owner may invite and remove members, and a person may be limited to one group. Family access ends when the owner removes a member, closes the group, deletes the owner account, loses an eligible Family entitlement, receives a refund or revocation, or otherwise ceases to qualify. Members do not acquire ownership of the owner’s subscription.

Price and benefit changes

Apple or Worldwise may change prices prospectively subject to required notice and consent. We may evolve benefits while continuing to provide ongoing subscription value and respecting applicable law and Apple requirements. Existing paid access will not be retroactively shortened except for refund, revocation, fraud, or legal necessity.

Refunds

Apple controls App Store charges and refund decisions. Request an eligible refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing limits a refund or consumer remedy required by law.
