Privacy Choices
Worldwise provides in-app controls for the most common privacy choices. Availability may vary by account, device, region, and enabled feature.
Access and export
Open Profile → Settings → Download my data to create a portable JSON export of your account, learning, purchase, growth, communication, and social records. Exports are authenticated, private, paginated, and short-lived. They exclude password hashes, salts, login codes, push tokens, provider credentials, and other users’ private fields.
Correction
Use available profile settings to correct supported fields. For a correction you cannot make in the app, email support@worldwise.app from the address associated with the account and explain the requested change.
Analytics consent
Optional product analytics are off by default on a fresh install. Enable or disable analytics under Settings → Privacy. Disabling stops future optional collection and resets the local analytics identity.
Advertising privacy
If ads and consent controls are enabled, use Settings → Privacy options to review available choices. Worldwise does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not intentionally use IDFA for cross-app tracking.
Notifications and email
Manage reminders and optional lifecycle email in Settings. You can also disable app notifications in iOS Settings. Every optional marketing or return-reminder email includes an unsubscribe link.
Social controls
Use supported profile and social controls to unfollow, block, or report another user. Blocking and reporting records may be retained as reasonably needed to enforce safety and prevent repeat abuse.
Deletion
Open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. See Account Deletion for scope and subscription implications.
Other legal rights
To exercise a privacy right not available in-app, email support@worldwise.app. We may verify your identity and authority, ask for enough information to find the relevant account, and apply lawful exceptions. We do not discriminate against users for exercising applicable privacy rights.
